Public Offer Agreement for the Online Course “Applicant Profile Evaluation”
PUBLIC OFFER AGREEMENT
for the provision of paid educational services
This document represents a public offer made by EDUCATION MASTERS LLC, EIN 47-1236549, a Michigan Limited Liability Company (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”), to any individual (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) to enter into an agreement under the terms set forth below:
1. Subject of the Agreement
1.1. The Provider shall grant the Client access to the online course “Applicant Profile Evaluation,” hosted on the website https://ed-masters.org/.
1.2. The course includes: video lessons, study materials, tasks, and (if applicable) consulting sessions.
2. Terms of Service
2.1. Services are provided remotely via the internet.
2.2. Access is granted upon full payment.
2.3. Access duration and course format are specified on the course webpage.
2.4. The service is considered rendered upon providing access to the course materials.
3. Conclusion of Agreement
3.1. This agreement is deemed concluded upon the Client’s acceptance of the offer, which is performed by making the payment.
3.2. The Client thereby confirms full acceptance of all terms and conditions outlined herein.
4. Payment and Refund Policy
4.1. Course prices are listed on the website and may be changed unilaterally by the Provider.
4.2. Payment is made electronically through the available payment systems.
4.3. Refunds are provided only in cases of technical impossibility caused by the Provider, as per the refund policy published on the website.
5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
The Provider agrees to:
— provide access to the course within 1 business day after payment;
— ensure platform functionality and offer technical support in case of issues.
The Client agrees to:
— use the materials exclusively for personal educational purposes;
— not transfer access to third parties;
— not copy, distribute, or publicly share any course content without written permission.
6. Liability
6.1. The Provider is not liable for access issues caused by the Client’s equipment or internet connection.
6.2. Both parties are liable under applicable law.
7. Governing Law
7.1. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America.
7.2. For services provided to clients located in the Russian Federation, the applicable provisions of Russian civil law may additionally apply.
7.3. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation; otherwise, through legal means under applicable jurisdiction.
